Yes. We ensure all products are genuine, pure, and suitable for religious and spiritual use.
Do you offer home delivery?
Yes, we provide home delivery across India. Shipping charges depend on location and order weight.
How long does delivery take?
Local delivery: 1–3 working days
Within state: 3–5 working days
Pan India: 5–10 working days
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, UPI, and approved digital payment methods.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before dispatch, subject to approval. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the sacred nature of pooja items, no return or refund is accepted once sold, except in case of damage during transit or wrong item delivery.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Are yantras, malas, and rudraksha returnable?
No. Once sold or energized, yantras, malas, rudraksha, and idols are non-returnable.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes, we accept bulk and wholesale orders. Please contact us for special pricing.
Do product colors or designs vary?
Yes. Minor variations may occur due to natural materials and traditional craftsmanship.
