1. No Return / No Refund

Due to the sacred, consumable, and personal nature of pooja items, returns or refunds are not accepted once the product is sold, except in the cases mentioned below.

2. Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

A return or replacement will be considered only if:

• The product is damaged during transit, or

• A wrong item is delivered

3. Reporting an Issue

• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Customers must share clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product along with the original packaging.

4. Replacement Policy

• Approved cases will be eligible for replacement of the same product only.

• Refunds are provided only if replacement is not available.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds will be made through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used pooja samagri

• Yantra, mala, rudraksha, idols once energized or used

• Customized or specially ordered items

• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders once dispatched cannot be canceled.

• Cancellation requests must be made before dispatch, subject to approval.

8. Final Decision

• Bajranga Pooja Store reserves the right to accept or reject any return or refund request after verification.
